We recently started operating the staff restaurant at the Sonangol’s new Headquarters in Luanda, using the method of cook and chill. This operation is the first using this method of production and service, and we expect soon to be serving approximately 2000 meals per day. |

In January 2008, SGS - world leader in Certification - distiguished our full catering operation aboard the offshore accomodation barge Kissama with the Seal of Controlled Hygiene.This was the first seal for an offshore catering operation which now brings the total of catering operations of Novagest that were awarded with this mark of distinction to five, and demonstrates our continuous effort in the mission to provide quality services to our clients. |

In January 2008 Novagest started a new contract for Full Catering services aboard accomodation barge for Prezioso, a company specialised in industrial painting services. This barge is working in support of Prezioso's painting program of all offshore installations of Sonangol P&P in block 03-05.

Novagest started in August 2007 a new catering operation in Soyo. Full Catering services are being provided to a docked accommodation barge which is supporting the Angola LNG Project.

In August 2006 Novagest
assured the full catering
and housekeeping services
aboard the 'Pride Venezuela',
one of Pride Foramer's drilling
rigs. Novagest mobilised
its catering team and successfully
started the service in Napels
- Italy, before commencing
the tow to Angola. This
semi-submersible drilling
rig has in average 120 people
on board and is currently
drilling for Cabinda Gulf
Oil Company Limited. |

In April 2006 the Talatona
Convention Centre (CCTA) was opened in Luanda Sul
and Novagest started its
activities as facility manager
with its inauguration and
integral support to the
APPA (African Pertoleum
Producers' Association)
international conference.
Since its launch, the CCTA
has been the preferred venue
for a large number of events
of a varied nature, organised
by both public entities
and private companies, and
it has become a reference
of a new Angola. |
