Like
this, considering the need of an all encompassing
professional staff improvement training
programme for the employees directly linked
to the operations, and an initial integration
training for employees joining the staff
of the company, we implemented
the Interpersonal
Relations and Service (RIA),
Good
Practices of Professional and Food Hygiene
(BPHPA) and,
Practices
of Housekeeping (PA) training
courses.
Independently
of these formal and continuous training
programs, separate practical training
courses were undertaken, in the areas
of bakery, cooking, cleaning and Laundry.
This
will be a project with continuity, based
on premises of quality and sustainability,
marking out the road to excellence.
Thus,
Novagest is ready to meet the created
expectations and will give continuity
to its training projects, focussing on
technical functions such as chefs, pastry
chefs, of waiters and Camp Boss’,
with special emphasis on Hygiene and safety
aspects.
We
are of the opinion that professional training
constitutes a social benefit, and for
that reason we are aware that we are helping
to create the talent needed for the future
of Angola.
